Obituary of Henry Pottinger:
In hospital on March 12, 1982, Henry David Pottinger in his 89th year, born on Toronto Street in James Bay, Victoria, a well known pioneer and plastering contractor in the community. Predeceased by his loving and devoted wife, Clara, he leaves his eight children, ..., 22 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren. He was a well-known hunter, trap and skeet shooting and playing lacrosse, winning the Mann Cup.
Funeral service in McCall Bros. Floral Chapel, Johnson at Vancouver Sts. on Monday March 15 at 3:00 p.m. Accompanied to Telkwa B.C. for internment.
